Knitting impulsively
The impulsivity of my ADD has decided to exert itself today. Before I knew it, I joined my very first
Knit-along. I did tell you all that I'm insane, right? I mean, I don't even know what it looks like, it made me buy 2000 yards more yarn and the appropriate needles, it's rated specifically for experienced knitters, I'm ALREADY working on a giant charted shawl, and the knit-along only lasts six weeks.
But the picture is cool! So is the name! Yes, I admit it. I was swayed by a piece of clip art that has little to do with the shawl itself. Ok, I got myself into this. Now I need to recruit some cheerleaders to help me through it. It's too late to back out, and if the KAL itself mysteriously falls through, I'm still stuck with the yarn and needles.
