The Taste of Summer: Lemonade Pie!

I missed the deadline for the last Blog Carnival from the EtsyBloggers, but I had to share this nonetheless. This no-bake pie is so perfect for summer, and it will be a hit at any type of gathering! This recipe is ideal for a make-ahead dessert you can grab-and-go in the morning. NOTE: Do not substitute the low-fat or fat free versions of the ingredients if you can help it. The pie won't set up, otherwise. If you would like to use the low- or no-fat versions, instead of a pie, you could use this filling for a trifle, and it will be just as delicious!
