Around here, it can't possibly be called summer until The Hot Dog Lady sets up her cart on the downtown sidewalk for the first time. Of course, that means that Summer officially starts in May, usually. July is National Hot Dog Month, though, so I hereby pay tribute to that most honored provider of tasty lunches!
